Clients will insure their houses, cars, yet an amazing 70% of UK adults have yet to make the minimum provision to protect their investments and families by making a Will!
Without a Will:

1. Your spouse will not necessarily inherit everything you own, especially if you have children, brothers, sisters, parents, even cousins may have a valid claim and your family home may have to be sold to pay their share
2. An unmarried partner may get nothing at all from their partners estate and the home, if soley owned by the deceased.
3. Your spouse re-marries, the new partner may inherit before your children, who may lose everything.
4. Your children will have no appoined guardians and could be taken into care while a court appoints guardians
5.Inadequate tax planning could me the revenue authorities receive money that your family should have
